Decided today I’ll do my own little challenge. Going to write a short blurb based off of words from a random word generator. Written with first things that come to mind, and in under fifteen minutes.
Words are: freshman, television, and hate.
Getting a roommate in college seems like a great idea until it’s time to cram for tests. As a freshman, I still “take things too seriously” as he likes to complain, but with all the money invested into tuition and books, I would feel guilty for NOT putting in full effort. Maybe I’ll “lighten” up in the next couple years, but for now, I just want to pass these finals. It’s nearing midnight and I can still hear the television blaring from our shared common room. I really hate him sometimes, and those blasted variety shows he falls asleep to.
